A note from Kirstie
A warm welcome to All Together Events
Hello, and a very warm welcome to All Together Events. I'm Kirstie, and for me the most important thing — above all else — is that an event is an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Because in the end, it's about making memories, memories made with the people you love. That, to me, is what makes the event.
Long before this became my career, I attended many wonderful events and kept seeing the same thing: the person organising it never got to enjoy the day, too stressed and too busy holding everything together to be present. I made it my mission to take that fear away, so the client can experience their own celebration rather than manage it from the sidelines.
For over twenty years, my career has carried me through hospitality, travel and tourism, and live events — a journey I formalised with a degree in Event Business Management. This world is personal to me, too: over ten years ago, my husband-to-be and I met whilst working in hospitality, and in May 2027 we'll be saying "I do" at our own destination wedding. So I know exactly what it feels like to trust others with the day you've dreamed of.
All Together Events is, quite genuinely, a family affair. Alongside me are my husband-to-be, our two daughters, our son-in-law and our two grandchildren — together bringing every thread under one roof, from an intimate family meal to a grand wedding, a corporate conference or a spectacular live production. One relationship, one team, one beautifully coordinated journey, and a single trusted point of contact who quietly carries the detail so that you can be fully present.
Where we're different is that we plan every aspect of your occasion for you — from the initial concept and stationery design through to the menus, the music, the itineraries and the aftercare. Whatever you're celebrating, we deal with it all, from concept to completion. Simply put, we're your round-the-clock event management team — bringing your event dreams to life, with anything you need covered. And there are no hidden costs: the quote is the quote, and we stand by it.

All Together Events was created from extensive experience across hospitality, travel, tourism and events — and from watching, again and again, how stressful an occasion becomes when a client has to coordinate a dozen different suppliers, contracts, deliveries and timings themselves.
We believed there was a better way. One relationship. One coordinated journey. One team quietly holding every thread so that the person whose occasion it is can be fully present for it.
Today All Together Events is a full-service events and experience company, capable of looking after anything from an intimate family meal to a wedding, a corporate conference, a community festival or a large-scale live production.
