The details
Terms of service
Written plainly, because clarity is part of a calm planning experience.
About these terms
These terms apply to event planning, coordination and related services provided by All Together Events. They sit alongside the written proposal issued for your occasion; where the two differ, your proposal takes precedence.
Proposals & bookings
Every proposal sets out the services included, the timeline and the total price. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A booking is confirmed once the proposal is accepted in writing and the booking deposit has been received.
Deposits & payments
A deposit secures your date and allows planning to begin. Deposits are non-refundable, as your date is then held exclusively for you.
The remaining balance may be paid in full or spread across agreed monthly instalments, with the final instalment due before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The quote is the quote. We do not add hidden costs or surcharges. Any change you request that affects the price will be confirmed in writing before it is actioned.
Changes & postponement
Requests to change date, venue, guest numbers or scope should be made as early as possible. We will always do our utmost to accommodate them, subject to supplier availability and any third-party costs already committed.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Sums already paid to third-party suppliers on your behalf, together with the booking deposit, are non-refundable. Any remaining balance will be settled fairly and transparently.
Suppliers & third parties
We select, brief and coordinate suppliers on your behalf with great care. Where a supplier contracts directly with you, their own terms apply to the service they provide.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information and timely decisions so we can plan effectively. You remain responsible for the conduct of your guests and for any venue rules that apply on the day.
Liability
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue closure, extreme weather or supplier failure, though we will always work to find a solution. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Photography & privacy
We may request permission to photograph an event for our portfolio. We will never publish images without your consent. Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
