Your written proposal
Ideas, suppliers, timings and one clear total price. The quote is the quote — nothing appears later that we haven't agreed.

Your date is confirmed
We agree the payment schedule, I invoice the deposit and your date is held in the diary. Payment is by invoice or bank transfer.

Building it together
Suppliers booked, styling chosen, extras added, guest details gathered. You'll always know where things stand without having to chase.

The final run-through
Timings, numbers, dietary and accessibility needs, deliveries and supplier arrivals all confirmed in one running order.
